Steve's World of Trams

The Venice tramway is comparable to a guided buses, in that the rubber tyred vehicles follow a central guide rail. In this photograph, #11 is nearing the end of the Ponte della Liberta roadway. Due to a military presence off-camera to the left, I thought it wise to stay safe and settle for the front of the vehicle on approach! (08/09/20)
